In this case, we kindly ask that you also mind the data protection declarations of those third parties.

4. Preservation of personal data

We only preserve your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill contractual and/or legal provisions (some of these obligations to preserve data may result from tax law provisions, for example – one legal basis for the preservation of data, in this context, results from Art. 6 para. 1 letter c GDPR).

You may revoke your consent to the storage of data, your email address and its use for distributing the newsletter any time by using the Unsubscribe link in the newsletter, for instance. This is how we can ascertain whether a newsletter has been opened and which links have been clicked on. In addition, technical information (e.g. time of opening, IP address, browser type and operating system) are recorded. This information cannot be assigned to the individual recipient of the newsletter. They serve to statistically analyze newsletter campaigns only. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the recipients’ interest

If you do not want any analysis by HubSpot, you need to unsubscribe from the newsletter. For that purpose, we include the relevant link in each newsletter. Furthermore, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter directly on the website.

The data provided to us by you for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will also be deleted from HubSpot servers upon your unsubscription from the newsletter.
